We are currently looking for a Financial Analyst to join our growing team and contribute to our mission of providing accurate, insightful, and actionable financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, market trends, and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present detailed reports, forecasts, and investment recommendations to management.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Conduct risk assessments and scenario modeling to evaluate potential business impacts.
- Collaborate with accounting, investment, and operations teams to ensure accuracy of financial information.
- Monitor and assess industry developments, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics.
- Support ongoing projects related to cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and capital allocation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree or CFA certification is a plus).
- 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, or corporate finance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools; knowledge of ERP systems is an asset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; French or German is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
