Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure the company’s compliance with Luxembourg laws, EU regulations, and industry best practices.
• Develop, implement, and maintain internal policies and procedures to meet regulatory obligations.
• Conduct regular compliance risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and respond to inquiries or audits.
• Review and approve internal and client-related documentation from a compliance perspective.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance policies and regulatory updates.
• Keep abreast of legal, regulatory, and market developments affecting the business.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or legal roles within financial services in Luxembourg.
• In-depth knowledge of Luxembourg financial regulations, AML/CTF laws, and EU directives.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with compliance monitoring tools is an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French or German is a strong advantage.
